Hyper House UX Update
Client: Hyper House | Agency: Hyper House | General Manager: Jake Stango
Hyper House is a non-traditional boutique agency in Los Angeles geared towards music and entertainment powerhouses including Vans Warped Tour and Roc Nation.
Problem: When the agency was established in 2015, they also developed a spin-off venture that enabled customers with lower price points to request design services through an eCommerce website. Since the launch of V1, no customer completed the entire order submission. In Winter of 2016-17, we wanted to change that.
Together with the General Manager at Hyper House, I identified a strategy to carry out all the functions below:
Improved the flow and usability of “Start a Project” and “Creative Center” interfaces.
Developed wireframes for separate service pages; incorporated relevant previous projects.
Communicated with front end developers for UI changes.
Increased SEO visibility with Google AdWords and meta description tags.
Installed LiveChat software to communicate with prospective clients.
Improved content strategy for clarity of Hyper House’s services and process.
Within the first two months of implementation, Hyper House saw an average increase of 2 project submissions per week.
